As an agency, we mediate in the long-term rental of an apartment located in the Split-Pujanka area.

The apartment is spacious, with a lot of light and consists of a large living room (35m2) with two loggias and a separate kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one of which has its own loggia, two corridors, a bathroom and toilet, a storage room, a total area of 100 m2, and additional storage in the basement of 6 m2.
Free public parking is located right next to the entrance to the building. From the south side there is a view of the greenery and the park, and from the north side an open view of Kozjak.
We emphasize that the apartment has just been completely renovated, and all plumbing and electrical installations have been replaced with new ones. The entire area of the apartment is covered with class A oak parquet, all three loggias are closed with aluminum joinery, and the exits to them have built-in large sliding walls.
