LONG TERM
As an agency, we mediate the rental of a spacious two-room apartment in Kaštel Stari. It consists of two rooms, in the first there is a kitchen with a living room, a bathroom, a wardrobe and a bed. The second room is in the process of being furnished and can be used as a bedroom with a new bed and wardrobe. Given that this is the first rental, the owners are open to agreeing on changes and final furnishing of the apartment according to the needs of future tenants. Both rooms are air-conditioned.
There is a large parking lot in front of the apartment with 1-2 parking spaces provided, according to agreement and need. Tenants also have a garden to use.
Utilities are paid per consumption. It is necessary to pay a deposit in the amount of one rent.
